    I am a former National Weightlifting Team Member from the 1980's. I now compete as a Master with a two year competition window ultimately ending at the World Master's Games in October 2009 in Sydney Australia. After a 19 year hiatus, I returned to the competition platform to make the USA team going to Sydney and go for a medal. I've been raked with various injuries to my 46 year old body over the last two years.My worst injury in this comeback was a tear of my vastus lateralis (quad) tendon while doing cleans.Due to my age, my Dr. recommended quitting my endeavors rather than performing surgery. While I have always had a never say die attitude, this was not an option. Through various internet research on healing tendon/muscle tissue, I came upon Cyclin GF. Through a recovery regimen of Cyclin GF and secretagogue one, My tendon healed itself in about half the time it wopuld have taken me at age 26, much less 46 years old. I've been back into heavy training for months, and use Cyclin GF as my preferred recovery supplement.
