This actually arrived this morning for me. I ordered two 5lb tubs (cookies and cream) after having it recommended to me by a trainer.

Now this thing mixes very well (even with water) which is what is so great about it. However, the downside in my opinion is that it is very sweet, or at least the cookies and cream flavor is. So even though they recommend 5 ounces id honestly do around 8. I tried it with milk (pre workout) and water post. It tastes awesome with milk and good with water but not as good.

Recommended product.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
