      Its a quick pick you up, but if you wake up with a nervous stomach; watch it. It does help curb appetite somewhat-but I thought it had contained Bitter Orange, which I use faithfully, since it really helps with keeping lungs open; (breathing well)Its been very Humid here the last few years and it can be suffocating even inside. Bitter orange I have used with other products as well as alone and has helped with that.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
