I used the product 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. It really helped with my recovery. I needed an antioxident because of a compromised immune system. After 3 yrs I stopped using it. Since that time I have several different physical problems and was put on many medications. I found old paperwork that had this supplement name on it. Purchased it immediately. It does take several weeks for this to build up in your system so I do not have any results yet. I do know that I will in the near future. It worked before and I know it will work again.

I take it every day for extra dose of anti-oxidants. Since it comes from Nature's Plus I trust that it's digestible and bioavailable. I take it as an additional layer of "insurance" for any gaps in my diet.
