I am a Maximized Living chiropractor and I and my patients absolutely love these shaker cups! They are stainless steel, so no worries about BPA. They are convenient, easy to clean, mix protein shakes thoroughly and stylish. I can't keep them on the shelves in my office! Everybody loves them! So much easier than messing with a blender when you want to grab a quick healthy drink on the go. Pros

Item is very difficult to get the lid on. The threads do not line up easily and a lot of manipulation is needed to get the cap on. Pros
