        I never expected the results that I got with these tiny pills. I take 1 in the morning and have lots of energy all day. I found that they have really suppressed my appetite and the pounds are melting away. What a bonus! My son is a pharmacist and he couldn't find any reseach on why I shouldn't take them.

          I combine Chromium with Vanadyl Sulfate to help regulate blood sugar spikes often caused after eating. This helps the body store less calories. Have been using them before breakfast and lunch for years and always will. High quality brand and the right dosage.
