Daily use, morning is best. You don't have to be an athlete to benefit from this product. Anyone who wants or needs extended mental and physical energy can benefit by using choline cocktail. Check out the list of supplement facts. For those who are not familiar with Choline and DMAE they are smart nutrients which can help boosts your brain supply of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that regulates body movement. The Vitamin B's and C in this also help the synthesis required. I would recommend upping the Co-Enzyme Q10, there is only 15 mgs in the mix. I have been using this to replace my morning coffee. The effect lasts into the afternoon for me. I only use half (two table spoons, four is full dose) I tried four but I am a little sensitive to caffeine and felt like a talking head most of the morning. So, two table spoons work perfectly for me. No more mental fog or groggy feeling mid morning or after lunch.
On the down side; I keep at two table spoons due to a little concern that a possible side effect on the full dose could lead to a fishy order. This has not happened nor have I heard this from anyone else who uses the product. The only other issue is you should mix the powder with juice, Crystal Light flavor or something that will knock out the sour taste of the powder. I use Crystal Light Decaffeinated Tea. This keeps my caffeine intake down.
Do your own research on the product to see if this is for you. It works great for me and I highly recommend as a replacement for the morning coffee buzz. If your job is demanding like mine, this product has helped me with focus and staying at my mental best.
