Directions:

        I just started taking this supplement at the beginning of January and I was asked to review this on Jan 5th. (That's why my headline says Time will tell...)
        The taste is o.k. I bought the Fruit Punch thinking that it would taste the same as naNO vapor, but the Cell-Tech has more of a bland taste to it.
        I hope this product will give me the muscle gains that it promises.
