Directions: Two capsules, at least one hour before breakfast, and two at bedtime, at least two hours after eating, until desired results are achieved. Always take on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water. For maintenance, one capsule at bedtime. Children:1/2 capsule, twice daily for each 40 lbs of body weight.

    This is the best supplement for candida! My son has a chronic problem with yeast flare-ups in his gut (he has autism) and we give this to him every other day.

    You have to give it away from food...so, I give it to him when he first wakes up in the morning and then just delay his breakfast for an hour.

    He has no side-effects from it takes it easily.

    Great buy!!
