Best Calcium Supplement on the Market

I like this because it contains the minerals naturally found in bones, not just calcium. I use half the recommended dosage because I've read men only need about 500 mg of calcium daily. Since this calcium is from a bone source, it's high in manganese which you don't want too much of. No stomach upset, no constipation. Great product!
