          I really like this supplement because I only need to take two per day unlike others where the dosage is 3 or more capsules per day. Also, I believe that Calcium Citrate is better than the other types of Calcium. Took me a lot of searching to find this combination of Calcium and Magnesium with the perfect dosage!
