The many caffeinated natural plants are are: Coffee, Tea, Kola, Cocoa, and Guarana.

Amount Per Serving:

Calcium (as Dicalcium Phosphate): 75 mg
Caffeine Anhydrous: 200 mg

Other Ingredients:
Silica, Magnesium Stearate, Cellulose Gum, Stearic Acid.

Directions: Adults 18 years of age and over: 100 to 200 mgs not more often than every 3 to 4 hours.

Warnings: The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as 1 or 2 cups of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritablilty, sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heartbeat. For ocassional use only. Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep. If fatigue or drowsiness persists or continues to occur, consult a physician. Do not use if you are diabetic. As with any dietary supplement, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product.

    Highly recommend this caffeine supplement is cheap and effective it also contains calcium some brands that do offer caffeine supps don't contain calcium but this one does for those of you that don't know caffeine robs your bones of calcium.
