I take this product 45minutes before my workout.It is simple to use and takes such a small amount to get maximum results.I was in disbelief after taking it for the first time.I noticed unreal vascularity and the pump I got was awesome.To anyone who doesn;t believe,try it for yourself,I think you will be very pleased.I use this product on my off days also,it helps dramatically with recovery.Definately will be part of my workouy routine.

I've been using Jet-Fuse as my pre-workout drink. I read about Con-Crete in USA Powerlifting and thought i would give it a try. I still kept taking the Jet-Fuse but added the concrete to it. I didnt notice any difference but this isnt to say that the product is bunk. I was already taking one product that provided creatine. Someone else who isnt may see results.

After ever workout I took two scoops which were tiny and mixed perfect. The product tasted badly, so I just upped my amount of water that I mixed it with (this helped). Over the month that i used the product, i saw good results. I will be getting this product again.

I used con cret about one hour before my wotkouts juast as the label directs. On strenous workout days ill take an extra scoop right after my work out. It works really well, I noticed it increases my energy. I started to see increase in muscle mass within two weeks. Good product, also liked the micro dosing concept. Tastes pretty bad though, I like to mix with gatorade to help mask the taste.

Not great for pre-workout, gives me a slight headache but nothing major. Also, it makes my protein shake taste a bit funny, but it's better than taking it straight. With that said, the best use I have found for this is to help with recovery. Have not noticed any real difference in speeding up recovery though.

i usually mix this with jack3d before i work out. after 2 weeks of use, ive noticed that i get pumped up after a workout and the additional size stays hours afterwards. havent noticed to much strength increase, but can see more muscle and vascularity. and it has tiny scoops so its very easy to take
