          CGT-10 is exactly what it says, creatine, glutamine and taurine, nothing else. This combined with ON serious mass has helped me go from 175 and 12% body fat to 193 and 10% body fat in about 2 months. It is a great product I would recomend to anyone. Helps tremendously with both strength and recovery. ON has done it again.
