    My daughter has ulcerative colitis and was dependent on prednisone. Boswellia has anti-inflammatory properties and shares some of the same actions as prednisone - but without the side effects. Since starting Boswellia, Aloe and Probiotics, she no longer needs prednisone.

    When Doctor Oz mentioned boswellia on his program, our local health food store ran out. I was so happy to be able to find it at A1 Supplements.com since our supply had ran low.
