Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules of Boiling Point with 8 oz. of water before breakfast or morning workout, andanother 1-2 capsules 6-8 hours later. Limit the use of caffeine-containing foods, beverages, and medications while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heart beat. Do not combine this product with any other weight loss supplement. If you experience any adverse reaction to this product, immediately discontinue use and contact your physician or qualified healthcare professional.
