• Citrulline Malate is composed of the amino acid Citrulline, bound to the Tricarboxylic Acid Cycle (TCA Cycle) intermediate Malic Acid. This combination offers athletes an excellent way to enhance performance levels by removing metabolic waste products like lactic acid and ammonia; while also stimulating the increased production of Nitric Oxide (NO), Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), and Growth Hormone (GH).
• Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is rapidly converted into Carnosine once inside the body. Carnosine acts as a buffering agent, reducing the formation of excess hydrogen ions that are produced during intense training. This reduction lowers the acidity of the muscles, thereby delaying fatigue. Carnosine is also a precursor to the enzymes Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS), which mediate the production of NO in the body.

• Glycine is a glucogenic amino acid that is important for the synthesis of proteins, porphyrins, nucleic acids, and bile acids in the body. It is also needed for the construction of RNA and DNA, and other amino acids.
