I started taking one black widow a day for about a month now, and have been very pleased with it! This product works great, but you build up a tolerance for it, and you get very tired when you stop taking it. You have to take time off from it and then go back to it.

I take one to two capsules a day. I have noticed on days I don't take any I am hungrier than normal and more tired. This product works great for keeping me going throughout the day. It does not cause heart palpitations but it will keep me awake longer at night if I take it in the late afternoon.
