    I used this product in my intense training regime to substitute for preworkout drinks. I was crashing off of the preworkouts near the end of training but still needed something to help buffer the lactic acid for extreme sports training. I paired this with just enough caffeine pre and then a creatine/ carb drink after and it really seemed to be the right equation for myself

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
