I take this product in the AM, right when I wake up; it gets me going like nothing else! An added, fabulous bonus is it makes me happy! My only con is that sometimes I crash about 5 hours after taking it, but really that is negligible. I have referred it to friends and they have loved it as well. Try it and I'm sure you will to.

I was looking for help in dropping the last few % of body fat. My schedule got hectic so I couldn't take the pills on a regular schedule. I did take 1-2 pills every morning and they worked wonders at putting me in a great mood and keeping my energy and focus up. If taken on the recommended schedule and paired with cardio every day I can definitely see this supplement helping to cut fat. These pills are not magic, but they will help to give that final push in order to kick your workout to the next level in an attempt to burn off some body fat. I would recommend this supplement to anyone looking for a mood/energy booster as just one pill keeps my mood/energy/focus up all day long even when I take the pill at 9am and lift weights at 9pm. These did not curb my appetite, but I was also eating only about 2 solid meals a day as it is and taking only 1 pill while lifting intensely at night. I give this item a 7/10 as I have not yet fully experienced the product but enjoyed the benefits I received while Taking this product.

Works good for curbing appetite, helps with weight management/loss but not as well without stacking with N.O. and good protein such as Syntha6 and of course a good diet and exercise. If exercise just doesnt cut it, use a good stack.It may be a bit pricy but good health real doesnt have a price to me.

I took two in the morning and two 45 minutes before lunch. I was not jittery at all. That was my main concern. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it.

Great product! I am tired of all thermogenic supp's. I found Atro-phex to be effective in terms of curbing my appetite and keeping my energy level consistent.
