I can honestly say that it almost worked. More so after I had stopped taking the product. I didn't notice and real fat loss from this product and it really didn't get me as cut as I wanted. Worst thing though, was the smell the pills gave my urine. It was strong and no matter how well hydrated I was still overpowering. Comments about BSN Atro-Phex, 98 Capsules: I used this product per the label, starting with 2 capsules per serving, and finishing the bottle at 4 capsules per service. It was very easy to take, no weird smells or tastes. I didn't notice any drastic changes in energy, and only a moderate at best difference in my hunger. Doesn't mean it won't work better for someone else, it just may not be the supplement for me. I encourage you to try it for yourself. Pros

The thermal affect is great too as it help burns more calories during my work out. Only down side for me is that it makes me a little speedy when it first hits my system but dissipates after an hour or so. Pros

Im very casual in the gym but after taking two of these for the first time i worked out for nearly 2 hours, running, lifting, doing core... in a circuit multiple times! I love these pills and dont work out without them. Not to mention how amazingly low the price is on [...] I would and have reccomended these to my friends, i get them to try it when they work out with me so they can keep up and have yet to hear anything bad about it. Comments about BSN Atro-Phex, 98 Capsules: I have just started taking this product this week. The main things i have to say is make sure you drink water. It does give you some energy but not too much like some products. I did not have any problems until today which gave me heartburn. On that note i blame myself for forgetting my water bottle.
