Because the serving size is 6 caps I split it up and take 3 in the morning and 3 more in the afternoon.

I've been taking these caps for 3 months and normally with the change of seasons i suffer colds and hayfever. My kids are also always bringing home a different cold each month. Since taking the caps I believe it has boosted my immune system to help fight off colds, i havent been sick since.
