Mix 1 scoop powder with water, stir, drink. The taste is ok, nothing great. Overall the product is weak. Don't expect the "rush" like you get from NO Explode. The quantities of its main ingredients like creatine monohydrate, l-arginine, b-vitamins, caffine, green tea extract are all low-dosed. I suppose you could take 2 scoops. The price is nearly half of most NO/creatine combos which makes it almost worth it.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
