I take this product in the morning and evening. It does not upset my stomach or give me an aftertaste. I can honestly feel my body reacting, as if my toxins are being washed away. I have more energy all day long and my body feels lighter. I honestly feel and look healthier, and I have even noticed a change in my skin texture and color. I am definitely sticking with it and have already recommended it to my sisters and my mother is who has been ill.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
