Things were going really great, until I started having bad pain in my forearms and right shoulder (the kind of aching pain that wakes you up at night). I had also done two cycles of Primabol and I think I was building up my arm muscles faster than my body could adjust. I was downing Motrin and Aleve with little improvement when I read about Animal Flex in a BB forum. I gave it a try and after two weeks 90% of the pain was gone... now I'd say 95% is gone and, most important, has stayed gone. I now consider this a mandatory supplement for us "older" guys. I take this with my afternoon lunch. after 2 weeks of use I can not tell much difference though I did not buy this because I had any joint pain but more for longevity of my joints because I do work out 5 days a week.
