    this has been by far the best stuff i have ever used...i was worried that it would like everything else but it's different.....THIS REALLY WORKS an it works fast...it's onlt been 4 wks in an my bench has gone almost 40lbs..also i feel like my strenght last longer in the gym...

        i simply took the product how it said to on the bottles and in the month that i used it i got stronger, and i gained 9 pounds of muscle. and the nice thing is that when i stopped using it i didnt lose anything, i kept my strength and the weight i had put on...thinkin about getting it again..
