Keeps me going and focus no matter if it during my workouts, work or school... Great for taking exams etc just like advertised. I do not have side effects but know so people that get a little red but that only last a few minutes.

I used this product according to the manufacturers reccomendations. I found this product to have no validty in energy boosting or curbing appetite. I would not reccomend this product to anyone.

I bought this product seeing a couple of good reviews here and other sites and decided to take a chance. Let me just say that chance paid off. I found myself not hungry and having to remind myself to eat, pretty amazing appetite suppressor. Not only that, but my energy levels were up. Normally taking in 500 calories a day (not recommended) I would be cranky and barely able to pull myself out of bed, but I was just the opposite. Plenty of energy throughout the day and happy as a clam. I was on it for a month and went from 172 to 148...pretty amazing if you ask me.

Only con I can say is the niacin flush that you may have fifteen minutes after taking the pills where your capillaries near the skin expand and you turn red and feel really warm for about 10 minutes. I experience this every time which causes me to either have to be home or hide in the bathroom for the 10 minute episode because I look like a tomato. Small price to pay for the results though. I'm on my second go around with it to lose even more.

I have taken the product with water on the way to the gym in the morning and have noticed a significant increase in workout intensity. I take the second dose mid-afternoon as an appetite deterant and energy boost.

I have taken the Old AmphetaLean with great results, However this new AmphetaLean Extreme is one of the greatest all together products that I have taken in a long time. First off the Appetite suppression for me was crazy along with the focus off of the product, those 2 things really made me purchase this after trying out some of the samples they sent me. Great buy will continue to purchase this product. If your looking for a great fat burner/focus product this come highly recommened.

Amphetalean Extreme is VERY solid and definitely something to consider during a cutting phase or just for a burst of energy. I also got itchy on my forearms. It was short lived though, so it wasn't bad. If you've never experienced a niacin-flush I would compare it to the tingles you get from beta alanine. 10 / 10
