    I used to take it 3x a day but feel it really wasn't necessary. Now I just take in the morning and post workout with a protein shake because it helps replenish lost amino acids and for me, the combination helps reduce soreness.

      amino acid from whey protein hydrosylate is the best and quicks form of protein availble in this product wich if taken before and after workout will increase your muscle protein synthies of wich you trained and in turn increase mass.
