By far it is the best allergy med I have taken it does not make me drowsy, I feel much better. You can take anytime on an empty stomach or full. After being on it awhile I have skipped days and feel fine. If fact it works so well I have recommended it to friends, family, and co-workers who now use it as well. I first used this product because it was a trusted Irwin Naturals product and came highly recommended to me. It definately lived up to its name.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
