This is great for someone like me who cant remember when to take pills all the time. You take these right after you workout and thats it. I don't know if this was the recommended way to take it but it worked for me. I couldn't tell if it was working until I quit using it. Once I stopped, I found that I had been working out harder than normal, because I started being real tired after workouts, and my muscles were starting to ache. Time to get more so I can get back to it.
