Directions:

              I take the ACai to go every morning in a bottle of water. It gives me energy and I feel healthier now that I take it. It is loaded with vitamins that are good for you. I started working out whenever I took the Acai to go and I believe the supplement helped me. Dropped two sizes in two months. I had to get used to the taste at first but after a week, the taste wasn't bad at all. I definitely recommend this product!!
