I take this product first thing in the morning before breakfast. The second pill i take around six before dinner. It has helped by given me more energy in my days. Which has helped me sleep better at night. It has not upset my stomach like most pills do. The only down fall about the pill is the size of the actual pill, but it isn't that bad. I have a great results with the pill and will continue to use it.
