I feel greast and energetic since I started taking Adam. Although it is effective, I also recommend taking another 500mg of Vitamin C and calcium in addition to taking Adam. I am a body builder and I take 2 tablets of Adams multi. It is definitely the best multi made for men. Currently, I am on a third bottle. It is also easy on stomach since it has all natural ingredients. I give it a 5 star.

I am 45 years old and have been taking, experimenting with different brands of daily supplements for 20 years. I currently take daily the following:

(1) NOW brand "adam"
(1-2) NOW brand "penax ginseng"
(1) MHP brand "Secretagogue Gold" packet at night 2 hours after my last meal.

Everyone's body is different, but the below are my actual sustained experiences with these products which I take everyday and would highly recommend. I always start out taking 1/2 recommended doses and then find the dosage that works best for my body, etc. Generally recommended dosages are pretty close.

What makes the "ADAM" product great for me is that everything has increased about 15-30%, alertness, energy, emotional balance, skin rejuvenation. I've found that NOW brands have really high quality/consistent ingredients and at a value point that is terrific.

Secretagogue Gold helps with the items above plus really replaces lost muscle density/strength and slightly reduces fat, especially fast when coupled with even modest exercise.

I would definitely recommend "ADAM" as a no brainer daily use product, supplemented with a little NOW penax ginseng. That gives me the biggest overall health benefit of feeling younger.

When coupling NOW's "ADAM", "Penax Ginseng" with MHP brand "Secretagogue Gold" it actually seems to multiply significantly the overall health benefits when combined. Really amazing was that it also increased my ___ drive back to an everyday level of my late 20's-30's That's certainly not my overall health goal, but it's likely that's a decent indicator of overall healthiness and male hormonal balance in general.

The only small downside to "ADAM" is that the pill is a little larger than some so you'll need to take it with sufficient water; however, I still down both my "ADAM" and "Ginseng" together...I just need to drink sufficient water to make sure they go down all the way.
