I check best uses only before workout, because before 2 months when I take AAKG i take it only before workout.So due to the a little carbs. who I eated thats don`t stop me to have a Great Pump.I`m sure that pumps are coming from AAKG.So If you want good pump take AAKG Powder 2-3grams before workout and If you have money for more AAKG`s take it another 2 dosage after wake up and before bed.This 2 pictures ia made a little after I finish the AAKG.I also take other products buyed from A1.

Comments about Now AAKG Powder, 7 Oz.:
I bought this after comparing all the NO products, and decided to mix my own at a cheaper price. I mix 4 G with sugar free KoolAid and in the gym I get great pumps. Harder pumps than with some other NO products that cost 4 times as much, and you have to mix so much of those that it tastes horrible going down. Great product, will never purchase a name brand NO product again.
