Directions:
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (19.5 grams) in eight ounces of water, and consume within 30 minutes after exercise or physical activity. On non-training days, mix one scoop into eight ounces of water, and consume after morning or afternoon meal. For best resutls, use continously for a minimum of eight weeks.
