Great post-workout supplement. I've gotten better results in the gym since I started using this instead of just protein. The colossal chocolate tastes amazing.

I used this product after working out, and I don't feel sore or shaky later on. I noticed I also didn't have the intense post workout hunger I usually experience as well. All around, its a good product at a good price.

I have just started to work out on a regular basis and have tried a few different supplements. Other supplements just tasted nasty. My friends told me about this product and I can't thank him enough. Not only do I love the taste but after I work out I take two scoops of this supplement and feel so much better than when I didn't use this supplement.

I simply love this product!!! It tastes awesome (love the mango & raspberry flavors) I drink it directly after a workout. I add kre-alkalyn powder to my shake and a scoop of ON's Threshold for extra aminos and its perfect!!!

We know the importance of nutrition after a good workout, right? So I take 1-2 scoops right after workout to start feeding my muscles and shorten recovery time. Taste good in any flavor, but I prefer the chocolate.
