          I have been drinking this type of drink ever since I have had my gastric by-pass surgery. That is the only way I get the protein I need because some of the meat I eat gets caught in my throat. I mix it with a coffee flavoring, a banana, coffee, 4 splenda or nutra sweet and milk. I have tried others and it takes like medicine, even when I add the extra ingredients.
