        I have been using this Soy protein for a couple of years now. I love it. The vanilla taste is good and it mixes well without a ton of liquid. Even the kids ask for it in their smoothies.

          This is very effective. It seems to be about as effective as whey protein. Chocolate tastes good. It makes a good hot chocolate. I always mix it with milk.

          Supposedly soy protein boosts antioxidant levels. No BCAAS though.

            If you are blood type A this is the protein for you, it is a sure fire way of getting the protein needed for a daily athlete without having to eat all the excess meat that types A's should not be eating.
