    Picked up for first time to try it out. Very good product so far. As for taste, all proteins are going to taste bad but i got the chocolate flavor and its tolerable. I take 2 scoops before lifting and i get good energy and a good pump through out. Overall a good product.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
