    This protein tastes great and mixed with a scoop of their Whey protein is the perfect post-workout combo. I drink it after every workout and it helps me to maintain my lean body mass and build strength even when I am not consuming large amounts of food to bulk up.

        Its not that hard to mix this...but the taste is very chochlatey.....the smell of hte powder kind of smells like strawberry chocholateish,but the taste is pretty bad,like a very chalky chocholate taste
