Comments about Optimum Nutrition 100% Classic Whey, 5 Lbs.: After workout 3 scoops w/milk & fruit, 6 times wkly, as breakfast replacement. I am not a pro athlete but I am knowledgeable. I have put on 15lbs of muscle w/out fat in 5 months. Objective is to reconfigure my body and regain a youthful appearance and stamina. I am not into MONSTER MUSCLES or EXPLOSIVE GROWTH. I just want the ladies to swoon! ;-) Pros

I've used protein that tastes a lot better but I'm not willing to pay 10-20 more dollars for the same amount of protein by volume. It tastes MUCH better with milk, but bottom line this is good protein, mixes well with water, and does what protein is supposed to do. I will definitely keep buying this product. Pros
