I lift four days per week and use 1.M.R. about 20 minutes before starting. I can feel the pump immediately during the first set! My workouts last about an hour with very little rest between sets, and 1.M.R. delivers an additional intensity that other N.O. boosters haven't matched.

I got some free samples of this and I am in. I used it for pre-workout and I felt like I could have worked out all day long. Take is about 15 mins before you do your work out for the best result. You feel it soon after you take it. It don't take long either. The taste is ok but it could use a little more work. Other than that, this stuff is good to go.

I Love this stuff. I use it just like the label says, one scoop 15 to 30 minutes before my work out. I can feel it start to work slowly and by the end of my workout (45 to 60 minutes) I am fully pumped! The taste is alright, but I have yet to try a prewokout that tastes goog.

It makes you want to move with energy and speed. I had to reduce the amount since it made me get prickly hot all over so 1/2 worked better.

i use this product before every work out, it literally seems to help you get '1more rep'. works quick, 15-20mins. no crash during/after workout. i don't get the niasin 'itchy skin' feeling, def recommend this to all my buddies...

I am in Afghanistan serving and I had a few trial packets of 1MR from a previous order. After that workout I was blown away on the difference it makes in the dynamics of performance. How sore you feel the next day, building up those torn muscle fibers. Two months later, I got 5 guys already hooked on this product and we chant, "1 More Rep, 1 More Rep 1 More Rep" to pump each other up before another scorching workout. Its awesome!

After using this product I felt like I wanted to lift the entire gym! I recommend starting with a half scoop, or even less to begin with. I started with a full scoop my first time and was a little jittery. Overall good product that starts your workout with a kick in the pants.
